Returns & Replacements
For any product found to be defective or ineffective as described by the product literature, a member may return the unused portion to Carter Health for a full refund or credit. Please note that shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Please note that all other returns will incur in a 35% restocking fee. Customers can only returned unopened products and they need to be returned in the original packaging. Again, please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and customer will be responsible to pay shipping and handling to return the product.
How To Return an Item
1. Please contact us at the number listed below to request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Customer may also send the request via email to: nancy@carter-health.com 2.
